When Radio Nigeria visited some polling units at Shehuri North, Bolori 1 and 2 around 11:00 am, shows very few voters on cue.
Some of the voters Mustapha Babagana and Kyari Abuna attributed the apathy to low sensitization by the political parties and electoral umpire.
However, the situation is different at Bakasi, Teachers Village and MOGOLIS IDP camps where large number of voters came out to vote
There were incidences of late arrival of voting materials in most polling units of old Maiduguri, Jere local government area of the state.
