Nasarawa State Governor, Abdullahi Sule has called on farmers and entrepreneurs to assist the state in the area of farming.
He stated this when he visited senator Abdullahi Adamu integrated farm in Kokona Local Government area of the State.
Governor Sule explained that the senator Abdullahi Adamu integrated farm when fully ready for harvest will create job opportunities for unemployed youths and generate revenue to the state.
The farm is one among many farms in the state that will assist the government towards enhancing the state economy through Agriculture, he said.
Senator Abdullahi Adamu appreciated the effort of governor Abdullahi Sule for finding time to come and see the effort he is making to promote Agriculture in the State.
He, therefore, encouraged individuals across the state to embrace Agriculture as a means of livelihood as well as boost the economic prosperity of the state and the country as a whole.
Senator Abdullahi Adamu integrated farm has three thousand hectares of land which has fish found, horticulture, livestock and greenhouses as well as Arable crops.
