The National Association of Resident Doctors (NARD) has suspended its nationwide strike.
NARD president, Dr Aliyu Sokumba announced the suspension on Thursday.
He told newsmen that the union would review the progress made in talks with the Federal Government in two weeks.
On Wednesday, the federal government and the doctors reached an agreement to end the industrial action.
Chairman, Presidential Taskforce on COVID19, Mr. Boss Mustapha, at a PTF briefing on Thursday said the doctors would get additional N8.9 billion hazzard.
