Protesting youths from Southern Kaduna resisted police attempt to dispatched them until three of their members are released from custody.
The youths converged at the Kaduna Refinery Junction by 9’o clock this morning to protest continues killings of their people and arrest of three persons.
One of the conveners, comrade Alpha Limis who spoke to Radio Nigeria said the planned protest was peaceful in a single spot and without obstruction of roads but wondered why the boys were arrested.
Another protester Comrade Nasiru Jagaba insisted that they are not leaving the spot until they see their people arrested, released.
When Radio Nigeria put a phone call to the state Police Public Relations Officer Mohammed Jalige for reaction, he promised to call back but could not do so as at the time of filling this report.
