Signed by the Senior Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Mr. Femi Adesina, the statement is in reaction to the latest resolution of the Senate calling for the removal of the Service Chiefs.
The Senate today adopted a resolution calling on the Service Chiefs to resign or be sacked due to the multi-pronged security challenges in the country.
Speaking with the press earlier, Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant-General Tukur Buratai, acknowledged that there had been setbacks in the ongoing operations against criminal elements, but that they should not be viewed as failures.
