Governor Ganduje stated this during the 6th annual prayer of the late Emir of Kano Ado Bayero held at Kano central mosque.
In a statement signed by the Kano state commissioner for Information and made available to radio Nigeria in Kano, governor Ganduje describes late Ado Bayero as an exemplary leader and prayed for the repose of his soul.
The governor commended the Emir of Kano, Aminu Ado Bayero and Ulamas for organizing special prayers over the COVID-19 pandemic.
