April 10, 13 declared as holidays to mark Easter

The Federal Government has declared Friday, April 10 and Monday, April 13 as public holidays to mark Easter.

Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Interior, Georgina Ehuriah, in a statement Monday called on Christians to pray for the world at this time of COVID-19 Pandemic.

She said the Minister, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola appealed to Nigerians to continue to support the government in fighting the coronavirus disease.

She reminded the need to adhere strictly to the measures put in place by relevant authorities towards preventing the spread of the virus in the country.
