Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello has constituted a new cabinet for the efficient take-off of his second term in office.
The Cabinet which is made up of seventeen Commissioners were administered oath of office at the Government House Lokoja.
The Kogi state Governor charged the commissioners to bring their wealth of experience to bear in ensuring good governance in the state.
Alhaji Bello called on the cabinet members to eschew tribalism and religious differences which his Government had striven to eliminate in the last four years.
While noting that the state would witness remarkable transformation this second tenure, Alhaji Bello encouraged the new commissioners to explore new ways of generating funds to finance the various intended projects.
The Governor promised to ensure human capital development, the security of lives as well as agricultural transformation and urged the Commissioners to make themselves accessible to the people.
