The Governorship Candidate of African Democratic Congress in Nasarawa State Mr Zakka Rabo says he will pay backlog of all entitlements owed pensioners and civil servants in the state within his first one hundred days in office if elected governor of the state.
Mr Zakka Rabo made the pledge at the inauguration of the campaign rally of the party in Akwanga, Nasarawa State.
He pointed out that his administration would be anchored on human capital development, security and agriculture.
Mr Zakka Rabo stated that he would declare a state of emergency on poverty and hunger which according to him, are major factors that gave him e rise to crisis and crimes in the state.
The ADC Governorship Candidate Mr Zakka Rabo also called on the electorate in Nasarawa state to use their present conditions as a yardstick in electing their leaders rather than exchanging their votes for money and other material things that would not stand the test of time.
National Chairman of ADC Chief Ralph Okey Nwosu said the party remains the most reliable alternative that would provide leadership for Nigerians on safety, justice and freedom towards rapid improvement on their living conditions.
